First MCP server?Start with the basics
Access Vectara's RAG-as-a-service platform.
Academic paper knowledge base over local PDFs: MinerU parsing, metadata normalization, Qdrant vector search with reranking and paginated full-text reading.
Add RAG-based AI chat to any website: local vector store, OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini models, a self-contained chat server and an embeddable widget.
Local searchable index of PDFs, EPUBs and Word documents for grounded answers with page and section citations.
Rule-based decisions: a Rete engine returns verdicts explained via retrieval over your policy documents, with rules drafted from policy text and saved as YAML.
