First MCP server?Start with the basics
Jira-like SQLite project tracker: projects, epics, tasks and subtasks, dependencies with auto-blocking, threaded comments, templates and activity logs.
Polarion ALM: documents as Markdown, Lucene or SQL search, traceability link traversal, and work item and comment management with dry-run writes.
Full Procore REST API access for construction project management via discovery and execution tools: projects, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, budgets and more.
Software estimation: PERT, COCOMO II, Monte Carlo, sprint forecasting, token-to-time and cost mapping, and schedule-risk analysis.
Trello integration: boards, cards, lists, labels, checklists, attachments (including images), members, custom fields and search, with a read-only mode.
Taiga project management: issues, user stories, tasks, epics, sprints, comments, attachments and wiki via a compact set of tools.
Backlog, docs, history and memory as Markdown in the repository, versioned with the code, with card claims so parallel agents don't edit the same card.
Review a plan for what's missing: unstated assumptions, omitted technical risks and execution blind spots, as a structured pre-mortem.
